Advancing urban disciple making movements is first and foremost a matter of listening to and obeying God.

However, the extent of our fruitfulness is often influenced by the disciple making tools that we choose to use and master.

Over the next series of posts, I will be describing the top four disciple making tools in my toolbox and how I use them. I hope that doing so will encourage you to evaluate the tools that you are using to make disciples!

Here are the tools that I will be talking about:

  1. The Bible
  2. Active Listening
  3. Intentional Inquiry
  4. Discovery Bible Studies

Your turn:

  1. What tools are in your disciple making toolbox?
  2. How are you using and mastering those tools?

Make it a conversation by leaving a comment. Thanks!

  1. I really like this blog. I need to get back to my own blog, but am thinking of taking it in another direction now, since we have this. No need to “reinvent the wheel”…
