About +KirkAndersonMC

Hi! Thank you for finding your way from Google+ to my blog. Now that you are here, let me tell you a little more about this blog, who I am and how we can connect.

The purpose of this blog is to inspire you to think and act strategically to reach your city with the Gospel.

Can your city be reached with the Gospel? I believe it can! The Apostle Paul said this is what happened in Thessalonica, and that reaching other cities with the Gospel was one of his goals:

As for other matters, brothers and sisters, pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you.

2 Thessalonians 3:1

In order to see the rapid spread of the Gospel and obedience to it throughout our cities, we need to think and act strategically as people of faith. My goal is to help you do this by how I write about discipling lost people, working in urban environments and advancing disciple making movements.

This blog is an expression of who I am.

I am a strategist, a trainer and a coach who is compelled by faith in the goodness and power of God, who sent his Son to seek and save the lost. I have lived and worked in urban environments for more than 25 years, the last 10 of which have been in Eastern Europe.

It has been my honor to train, coach and partner with disciple makers from Australia, Eastern and Western Europe, and North and South America. I hope to be remembered as a person of faith who persevered in the footsteps of Jesus, using my mind to the best of my abilities for the glory of God.

I want to hear from you!

I am glad that you are reading what I am writing, and I want to hear your story, too! There may be other ways that I can help you to think and act strategically, and there are certainly things I can learn from you.

Here are some ways we can connect:

  • Comment on my posts – I read and respond to what you write, and others will, too.
  • Subscribe to uDMMs – simply click the “Get updates” button on the top half of the sidebar.
  • Follow me on twitter (@kirkanderson) – and that will let me follow you too.
  • Contact me directly – introduce yourself to me on my contact page.

I look forward to connecting.
